Хүүхэд бүрийн бяцхан уушги эрүүл, цэвэр агаарыг хүсэх нь лавтай. Гэтэл манай оронд агаарын бохирдлын түвшин хамгийн өндөр байдаг өвлийн сарууд удахгүй айлчлах гэж байна. Ихэнх хүмүүс улирлын дулаанаас шалтгаалан агаарын бохирдол, түүнээс гарах үр дагаврын тухай хэсэгтээ мартчихсан байдаг. Гэвч утаа, агаарын бохирдлын бидэнд болоод бидний ирээдүйд авчрах муу үр дагавар өдрөөс өдөрт нэмэгдсээр байгаа нь чимээгүй аюулын нэг гэлтэй.
Тиймээс Монгол Улс дахь НҮБ-ын “Хүүхдийн Сан”-гаас энэ сарын 20-ны өдрийг тохиолдуулан “Хүүхэд бүрт цэнхэр тэнгэр” арга хэмжээг өнгөрсөн 18 нд Шангрила зочид буудлын “Grand Ballroom” танхимд зохион байгуулсан билээ. Учир нь жил бүрийн зургаадугаар сарын 1 нь Олон улсын хүүхдийн өдөр мөн боловч социалист болон пост – социалист үзэл санааны арван орчим улс л тус өдрийг тэмдэглэдэг байна. Харин манай оронд агуулга нь эх үрсийн эрхийг хамгаалах өдөр гэж явдаг. Харин дэлхий даяар хүлээн зөвшөөрөгдсөн хүүхдийн өдөр бол өнөөдөр юм. Гол нь дэлхий дээрх ихэнх улс нэгдэж чадсан цор ганц хэлэлцээр, олон улсын баримт бичиг болох “Хүүхдийн эрхийн конвенц” батлагдсан уг өдрийг орон бүр нэгэн зэрэг тэмдэглэдэг ажээ.
Ийнхүү “Хүүхэд бүрт цэнхэр тэнгэр” арга хэмжээ нь “Дэлхийн хүүхдийн өдөр”-т зориулсан цэнхэр хивсний ёслолт, хүндэтгэлийн тоглолт болон оройн зоогоос бүрдсэн байв. Уг арга хэмжээнд монголын томоохон бизнес эрхлэгчдээс гадна хүүхдийн эрхийг хамгаалах сайн үйлсийг дэмжигчид зэрэг 200 орчим хүн оролцож агаарын бохирдолтой тэмцэх төсөлд хандив өргөсөн юм.
Арга хэмжээний үеэр цугласан хандив нь олон олон өрхийг яндан, зуухны хэрэглээнээс түдгэлзүүлж, гэр цэцэрлэгүүдэд хичээллэж буй хүүхдүүдийг түлэгдэх, бэртэх айдсаас салгахад зориулагдана гэдгийг зохион байгуулагчид онцолж байлаа.
Энэ үеэр НҮБ-ын “Хүүхдийн Сан”-гийн суурин төлөөлөгч Эваристе Коуасси – Комлан “Хүүхэд бүрт цэнхэр тэнгэр” арга хэмжээнд ирсэн зочид болоод НҮБ-ын “Хүүхдийн Сан”-гийн дэмжигч, хандивлагчдын өгөөмөр сэтгэлийн ачаар олон хүүхдүүдийн амьдралд урт хугацааны эерэг өөрчлөлт гарч, ирээдүй болсон тэдгээр хүүхдүүд чөлөөтэй амьсгалах, хязгааргүй мөрөөдөх дэлхийг бид бүтээж чадна” хэмээв.
Үнэхээр ирээдүйд амьсгал, эрүүл цэнгэг, сэнгэсэн агаартай орчинг бүрдүүлэх бидний хийх ёстой нэн түрүүний алхмуудын нэг мөн. Тиймээс ч НҮБ-ын “Хүүхдийн Сан” дэлхийн хүүхдийн өдөрт зориулсан арга хэмжээндээ агаарын бохирдлын асуудлыг хөндөж, үүнд төвлөрөн ажиллаж буй нь нэн талархууштай зүйл мөн. Бид үргэлж л агаарын бохирдлын асуудалтай нүүр тулж, хамгийн том хохирогчид нь бяцхан хүүхдүүд байсаар ирсэн. Энэ талын судалгааны ажлуудыг тэд хийж, үр дүнг нь баримттайгаар ил гаргажээ.
Мөн тус арга хэмжээг зохион байгуулахад НҮБ-ын “Хүүхдийн Сан”-тай “IWFCI Mongolia” буюу “Монгол дахь Эмэгтэйчүүдийн Худалдаа Аж үйлдвэрлэлийн холбоо” үндсэн хамтрагчаар оролцож “Ноорог” голлох медиагаар хамтран ажиллажээ. Үүнээс гадна MCP болон “Christie Visuals” зэрэг байгууллагууд ч мөн дэмжин оролцсон байна.
