Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд Л.Оюун-Эрдэнийн Нутгийн өөрөө удирдах байгууллагын 30 жилийн ойд зориулж илгээсэн мэндчилгээг Монгол Улсын Шадар сайд С.Амарсайхан Улаанбаатар хотын нийт иргэд болон Нийслэлийн Иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын үе үеийн төлөөлөгчдөд уншиж хүргэлээ.
Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайдын илгээсэн мэндчилгээнд “Нийслэлийн Иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын үе үеийн бүрэлдэхүүн нутгийн удирдлагыг төрийн удирдлагатай хослуулан нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотынхоо хөгжлийн бодлого, шийдвэрийг төлөөллийн ардчиллын зарчим, олон ургалч үзлээр шийдвэрлэсээр ирсэн юм.
Нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотод Монгол Улсын нийт хүн амын 50 гаруй хувь, худалдаа, үйлчилгээний 86 хувь төвлөрч, дотоодын нийт бүтээгдэхүүний 65 орчим хувийг бий болгож байна.
Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас “Алсын хараа-2050” урт хугацааны хөгжлийн бодлого болон “Шинэ сэргэлтийн бодлого”-ын хүрээнд иргэдийн идэвхтэй оролцоог хангаж, нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотын хөгжлийн ирээдүйг төлөвлөн, үе шаттайгаар хэрэгжүүлэн ажиллаж байна.
Нийслэлийн Иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлаас батлагдан гарах шийдвэрүүд Улаанбаатарчуудын санал санаачилга, нийтлэг эрх ашиг төдийгүй нийслэл хотын хөгжлийн төлөвлөгөөнд бүрэн нийцэж, бодитоор хэрэгжих шаардлагатай” гэсэн байлаа.
Мөн тус ойд зориулж Нийслэлийн ИТХ-ын дарга Ж.Батбаясгалан “Нутгийн өөрөө удирдах шинэ ардчилсан тогтолцооны 30 жилд нийслэлийн иргэдийнхээ эрхэм дээд шийдвэр, эрх чөлөөт сонголтоор нийт 8 удаагийн хуралд 383 төлөөлөгч сонгогдон, иргэдээ төлөөлж, дуу хоолой, хүсэл зориг, эрх ашгийг нь илэрхийлэн хамгаалж, бататган хангахын төлөө үзэл бодол, мэдлэг оюунаа уралдуулан өрсөлдүүлж, цөөнхөө хүндэтгэж, олонхоороо шийдвэрлэж ирсэн нь Монголын ардчилал, Монголын нутгийн өөрөө удирдах ёсны нэн шинэ түүх, эрх чөлөөний ололт билээ” гэсэн юм.
